DM6, Type I, Acid Soluble Collagen

Bovine corium, limed, acid solubilized collagen, telocollagen, pH 2 in 0.01 N HCl.  Predominantly Type I collagen with approximately 5% Type III.  Forms a gel when at pH 7 and is ideal for three dimensional culture or coating plastic ware for increased cell adhesion.  Sterile filtered.

Bovine corium, limed, in the native state, telocollagen, predominantly Type I with about 5% Type III, pH 6.  Ideal for further processing to fabricate custom formulations.  Not suitable for gel formations.

Highly purified bovine corium pepsin solubilized collagen, atelo collagen, in 0.01 N HCl, pH2.  Predominantly Type I collagen with approximately 5% Type III.  Forms a gel when at pH 7 and is ideal for 3D scaffolds for culture or coating plastic ware for increased cell adhesion.  Sterile filtered.
